1. Is there parking available?

General parking is either limited or restricted in our locations of operation and we would advise you to check the local restrictions via google search.

2. Can I bring guests with me?

Yes, but the number of guests depends on your booking type and studio capacity:

- Standard Bookings: Up to 3 additional guests allowed.

- Larger Productions & Events: Must be pre-approved—contact us before your session.

Waiting Area: Guests not involved in the shoot can wait at ChaiiChat Café.

3. Is a deposit required to book the studio?

Yes, a refundable deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit is refunded within 3–5 business days, provided:

- The studio is returned in its original condition.

- No equipment damage or overtime charges apply.

4. Can I extend my booking if I need more time?

Yes! If the studio is available, you can extend your session at variable chargers depending on the location.To avoid last-minute conflicts, please request an extension at least 30 minutes before your session ends.

5. How does setup and booking time work?

Your booking time includes setup and pack-up. To ensure smooth operations:

- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in.

- Plan your session efficiently to finish within your reserved time.

- Overtime charges are variable depending on the site.

6. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

We understand that plans change! Our policy is as follows:

- Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Full refund.

- Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% refund.

- Cancellations under 24 hours: No refund.

Rescheduling: Allowed once per booking, free of charge if requested 48+ hours before your session.

7. Do you provide photographers or videographers with studio hire?

Yes! We have a team of professional photographers and videographers available for hire. Contact us for rates and availability.

8. Can I bring my own photographer or videographer?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own photographer/videographer at no extra charge.

9. What equipment is included in my booking?


Each studio rental comes with: 

- Professional LED lighting 

- Softbox lights

- Standard backdrops (White, Black, Green) 

- Wi-Fi access

- Furniture & Props (varies by studio)

Need additional equipment?  Cameras, lenses, tripods, and advanced lighting gear  are available for hire .

10. Do you offer VR/AR studio setups?

Yes! We have  high-end VR/AR production spaces  with advanced motion capture and mixed-reality setups. Contact us for a custom package.

11. Can I book the studio for live streaming or podcasting?

Absolutely! We have soundproof spaces and high-quality recording equipment for live streaming, podcasting, and content creation.

12. Is there a space to relax or collaborate?

Yes! Our ChaiiChat Café is the perfect spot to unwind, network, and brainstorm. Enjoy chai, coffee, and snacks while connecting with other creators.

13. Can I rent the studio for a private event or workshop?

Yes! We offer private bookings for brand activations, creative workshops, and networking events. Contact us for pricing and availability.

14. Is the studio wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Our studios are fully accessible with ramps and elevators. If you require additional assistance, let us know when booking.

15. Can I bring food and drinks into the studio?

- Outside food and drinks are allowed in designated areas.

- Catering services are available upon request.

Alcohol is not permitted unless pre-approved for a private event.

16. Can I bring pets for a photoshoot?

Yes, pets are allowed for approved photoshoots but must:

- Be supervised at all times.

- Be well-behaved and trained.

- Not cause damage to the studio space.

17. What are our studio rules?

To maintain a professional and safe environment, we ask all clients to follow these guidelines:

- No smoking inside the premises.

- Handle equipment with care—you’re responsible for any damages.

- Leave the studio as you found it—cleaning fees may apply if left messy.

- Respect booking times—overtime charges apply if you exceed your slot.
