Terms & Services

By booking a studio or using our services, you a gree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm bookings.
• Refundable deposit applies; returned within 3–5 business days if no damages or overtime fees occur.
• Accepted payments: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, online payments.
• Rates may change but will not affect confirmed bookings.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 48+ hours: Full refund.
• 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund.
• Rescheduling: One free reschedule if requested 48+ hours before booking.
• Emergency Cancellations: Credit for future bookings may be offered for medical or unavoidable issues.
• No-Shows: Non-refundable.

3. Studio Rules

• Time includes setup & cleanup: Exceeding time charges are variable depending on site.
• Guest limit: Max 3 additional guests, up to 10 guests for events (pre-approval required).
• Food & drinks: Allowed in designated areas; clients must clean up or incur a cleaning fee ($30 USD)
• Prohibited items: No smoking, vaping, open flames, or disruptive activities.
• Noise & behavior: Disruptive behavior may result in session termination without a refund.

4. Overtime & Fees

• Overtime: Time charges are variable depending on site.
• 5-minute grace period before overtime fees apply.
• Late arrivals: Do not extend session time.

5. Liability & Security

• Clients are responsible for damage to studio or equipment. Repair costs apply.
• We are not liable for lost or stolen items.
• CCTV monitoring in common areas; private areas are not recorded.
• Liability insurance recommended for professional productions.

6. Equipment & Third-Party Services

• In-house photographers/videographers available for hire.
• Clients may bring their own photographers at no extra charge.
• Additional equipment rental available.

7. Accessibility & Special Requests

• Studios are wheelchair accessible with ramps & elevators.
• Custom setups (VR/AR, live streaming) must be requested 48 hours in advance.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All client content remains confidential. Staff will not share or disclose any recorded material.
• Marketing opt-out available anytime.

9. Social Media & Branding

• Clients may tag Shyft Space Studio in social media posts.
• Unauthorized commercial use of our name, branding, or logo is not allowed.

10. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

• We are not liable for cancellations due to power outages, fire, or other uncontrollable events.
• Clients may reschedule at no additional cost.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved amicably or through arbitration.
These terms are governed by the jurisdiction of operations. (UK ,UAE ,UZ)
